To support you even better, the Joyn team developed a new version of the Business app on the iPad. The advantages are numerous. For example, you can simply install the app from the App Store and scanning is even faster.

Together they launched a brand new system in which consumers can make a mobile payment and save loyalty points at one glance.



How many customers do you welcome monthly? Where are they from? How much do they spend in your shop?  The Joyn statistics give you a clear picture of the purchasing behaviour of your customers.



In the tab 'Customers' in the merchant portal, you get an overview of all the clients that scanned their Joyn card or application in your shop. You can arrange by name, age or points saved.



How are last month's results compared to the same period last year? And how many customers redeemed a coupon during the weekend? The History page on your merchant portal gives you a ton of information.
